I haven't posted a blog for awhile now, but I'm continuing to move through the Playground. I had done numbers 1 to 10, and stopped at that point. Now I'm doing the required 16 to 20, and taking the short tests with each. Did well on the tests. Number 18 was a lot to read. Number 19 was very interesting, and I found the information I was looking for with ease. On to number 20 next week.

First, I must point out that all this baffles me. Better way to put it is to say that blogging (take the l from after the b and put it after the two g's) is boggling!!!

This is the list of the lessons I've done thus far. Although not apparent on my blog by examples, I have read and tried to comprehend them: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. More will be added as I read and learn.

It's October 31 and Hallowe'en eve is approaching. Pumpkins abound and skeletons lurk in the trees. Kids are filled with anticipation, ready to brave the winds and rain for their precious bags of treats. Thriller is playing on the radio and we, as adults, are remembering our days of filling our pillow cases with CANDY!

There's always an excitement on this orange and black day, no matter what our age. We relive the excitement through the little princesses, Spidermen and goblins that darken our doorstep. May the rain let up for the door-to-door hours, and everyone have a thrilling, spooky, fun Hallowe'en!

This is my third week at the library and I've learned a lot! Sometimes I am overwhelmed, but I keep on learning! Now I am setting up my own blog ... and still learning!

Everyone's been very helpful, and for that I am grateful.
